This course will focus on pharmacological-, psychological- and multidisciplinary-based treatments to get children and adolescents who experience chronic pain back to normal, age-appropriate functioning.

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
As a result of participating in the activity, learners should be better able to: List four to five common pediatric chronic pain conditions.Discuss common pharmacological agents to treat chronic pain vs acute pain conditions.Refer to interdisciplinary specialists (PT, Psychology) to treat chronic pain, knowing what treatments to specify and what outcomes to measure.
